Someone else self-publishing about potentially criminal election machine issues

Today at church, someone left in my daughter's friend's vehicle a 9-page document describing how a woman in Colorado has been held in jail for trying to call attention to voting machine database irregularities. 

Because I noticed years ago that my little blog was blocked by my local library's filters, I am sympathetic to people who feel blocked when they are trying to share important information. If someone feels strongly enough to type up a document and put it in church parking lots in a quest for justice, I can help them by sharing their message on my blog.

I don't claim that the content is accurate, for I don't even live in the same county this document talks about. I am reporting on a message that someone went to great effort to share in a parking lot where they knew there would be some vehicles used by Air Force Academy cadets.
